Three kinds of jobs. One superintendent standard.
Additions & remodels
Kitchens that become the house. Second stories. Aging-in-place. We open walls only after the scope says so.

Cafes, studios, offices. Smaller footprint, same weekly photo rhythm and change-order log as a house.
